A confirmation email has been sent to the email address you (the client) provided. The details of your reservation are included in it (contact information, pick up address, itinerary, pricing, etc...). If client wishes to make any changes to their reservation they must first reply to that confirmation email to request the changes.
PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC agrees that the vehicle assigned to client's reservation will be in good working order, clean, and arrive in a timely manner. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC will do it's best to accommodate clients preference of specific vehicle, color, etc… but does not make any guarantees as to the color or specific vehicle which will perform clients reservation except for the type of vehicle reserved (Sedan non-stretched, Stretch Limousine, SUV Stretch Limousine, Party Bus, etc.). A professional, who will be the representative of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC throughout the duration of the service, will drive the vehicle. That driver has nothing to do with the billing and cannot make any changes, adjustments or negotiate any pricing. Any questions regarding any of these terms & conditions, billing, etc… must be addressed directly to our office. All changes must be documented in writing via email, text, etc. and must be accepted and confirmed in writing by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC. Not all changes may be accepted by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC, the original information is what was agreed to and if changes are rejected that doesn't void the original agreement or give any reason for canceling the reservation. It may become necessary for PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC to reassign the service to an affiliate, for example in the case of vehicle breakdown, scheduling conflict etc. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC will provide a comparable vehicle or may choose to upgrade the vehicle for the same rate. Customer agrees that this is acceptable in order for PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC to fulfill this contract. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, bad weather, accidents, road construction, special event traffic management, acts of God or conditions beyond its control and any overtime charges incurred including but not limited to the aforementioned are the responsibility of the client.
All overtime will be billed by the hour at the same rate as the previous hours of the reservation unless otherwise specified. The client should plan on being at their final drop off location 10 minutes prior to scheduled time ending to avoid any unplanned overtime. The driver is following the client's instruction for the duration of the reservation. It is the responsibility of the client to direct the driver as to the final drop off. The billable time ends when the client releases the driver from service. This is when all of the guests have exited the vehicle and have removed their belongings and such. We do charge for all overtime by the hour. If the client's service goes past the reserved time for part or whole of an hour a full hour will be billed. The confirmation email sent to the client has all billing information included in it as well as pick up location, itinerary, client contact information, etc.
At the time the client made their reservation with PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC they gave their credit card to secure the reservation. The credit card number, CVV2 number, billing address and zip code for that card were given to secure the reservation and that card was charged.
The credit card used to make the reservation must be presented to the driver by the card holder upon arrival along with a valid picture ID. Any changes to the reservation must be first approved in writing by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC and a minimum added charge of $25.00 will be assessed. Drivers must follow the direction of traffic management at special events such as concerts, sporting events, etc. It may become necessary for driver and client to coordinate pick up and drop off locations at the event location. Drivers will do their best to accommodate clients however, these events are something that are out of our control and client understands that there will be no discounts for (delays, clients having to walk to vehicle, not being dropped off close enough to event entry, etc.). PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC does not supply parking passes for any event. Client assumes the responsibility to provide all parking passes and pay all parking fees for the duration of this reservation. Pick up or drop off locations outside of a 25 mile radius of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC office located at 6425 E Thomas Rd Scottsdale AZ 85251 must be approved by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC and added charges will be incurred. Client must provide an itinerary to PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC in writing and approved at least 48 hours prior to service. If client fails to provide an itinerary the driver will use their best knowledge of the area but no discounts will be given for driver error. In addition to the hourly rate for the vehicle and the driver, any damage in excess of usual use and wear of the vehicle will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Assessment of charges is at the sole discretion of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC (not the driver) and its experience as to chauffeured transportation and normal wear of the vehicles, its decision is final. A manager will be dispatched if necessary and an emergency manager dispatch fee will be incurred by the client equal to the minimum damage/ cleaning fee. Some examples for a manager to be dispatched are: damage, unruly behavior, illegal activity, etc. The minimum charge for cleaning and or repair of damages is $400.00. Coolers and food are not allowed in the passenger area of the vehicle at any time. Excessive spillage, trash, food, vomit, smoking, bodily fluids, etc… are some items that would incur the cleaning fee. When assessing cleaning and damage fees the client should be aware that they would be responsible for vehicle downtime as well and that this and other factors in addition to cleaning and or repair costs will be assessed. Once a manager has been dispatched an hourly fee of $100.00 per hour will be assessed from the time they have been dispatched until that manager has returned to our office and completed an incident report. Drive time during the course of the reservation should not exceed 50% of the total reserved time; if it does, a 30% increase in rate will be applied for the entire reserved time as well as any overtime, assessment of charges is at the sole discretion of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC (not the driver) and its experience as to chauffeured transportation, its decision is final. Any and all fees incurred during reservation are due immediately. Any unpaid outstanding balances will incur late fees until paid. Should payment not be made as per this contract, including but not limited to: overtime, damage, cleaning, abuse to stereo system, etc. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC may turn your outstanding balance over to an attorney or collection agency and any fees associated with collection of payment including collection fees or attorney fees will be added to your outstanding balance and you become responsible for these additional fees as well. If the reservation is made on behalf of a company, both the signer and the company are obligated for payment and both may be pursued for collection or legal action. All cash payments must be made directly to our office, any cash given to a driver will be considered a tip and never payment. All deposits are non-refundable and the customer understands that the credit card given will be used as payment of the reservation and any added charges incurred. Due to the nature of having so many electronic systems in the vehicles not every amenity may be operating properly. This will of course not interfere with the safety of the vehicle itself and therefore will have no effect on continuing or paying of the contracted trip. There are no discounts for items in the vehicle not operating.
THERE ARE NO WEAPONS ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR VEHICLES. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC, its agents, and assigns are hereby released from all claims of loss, injury or damage to anything or any person. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC, its agents and assigns are released from any and all damages that may occur directly or indirectly to the vehicle owned or rented by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC during the term service, except those claims arising out of negligence attributable to PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC, its agents and assigns. If customer cancels a reservation they must do so in writing and at least 14 days prior to the date of service in that case they will forfeit only 50% of the total reserved amount. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days the customer is responsible for the entirety of the reserved amount. To be clear, once a reservation has been made any cancellation would result in a minimum loss of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Furthermore, any cancellation within 14 days of the reserved date would be a loss of 100% of the reserved amount. Rescheduling a reservation is considered a cancellation of the original reservation and the making of a new reservation and all cancellation policies apply. This policy applies to all clients even the ones with the best reasons to cancel. Clients reply to confirmation email, the giving of their confidential credit card information to secure reservation and/or acceptance of service by the party hiring constitutes full and complete agreement of all terms & conditions of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC. A minimum 50% payment must be made to secure the reservation and all remaining balances must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the reservation date. The following are examples that are grounds for contractual termination by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC during the contractual period. They include, but are not limited to: Violation of Terms & Conditions, Consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes or the like in the vehicle, any illegal activity as stated by Federal, State, or Local laws. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC cannot guarantee the availability of overtime. Termination of this contract is at the full discretion of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC based upon the above statement. If the reservation is terminated by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC the full amount of the contract is still the responsibility of the client as well as any added charges incurred. Any fees paid are non-refundable and any fees due to PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC are due immediately.

Clients reply to confirmation email, giving confidential credit card information to secure reservation and/or acceptance of service by the party hiring constitutes full and complete agreement of all terms & conditions of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC and the understanding of said party that it is their responsibility to return the vehicle to PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC in the same condition as when received. If the client has any issues with their service it is encouraged that they call PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC immediately (during the reservation) to have those issues addressed. However, if for any reason, the client is not fully satisfied with the services received; the client will have up to 12 hours after the completion of the job to file a complaint in writing. If PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC does not receive a written complaint in above stated time frame, then they agree that there is no valid complaint and they are fully satisfied with the services received. Filing a written complaint ensures both parties, that it is fully understood what the problem was. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue with client. Client agrees that any resolution or decision made by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC with regard to any issues will be final. PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC will assess all charges and client agrees that all charges assessed in regards to their reservation are accurate and that the client waives their right to dispute any of the charges assessed and charged to their credit card by PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC. Client agrees and fully authorizes the charges to be put on the credit card given. Client understands these terms and conditions and fully agrees to them. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and any disputes or litigation by either party will be filed and decided in the jurisdiction of the office of PLATINUM RIDE LIMOUSINES LLC located at 6425 E Thomas Rd Scottsdale, AZ 85251. If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect, the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this agreement or, the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this agreement.
I want to thank you for choosing Platinum Ride Limousines. In the hot Arizona summers, temperatures will often reach above 100 degrees. During the months of May thru September the limousines may not get as cool as your standard passenger vehicle. Due to the extreme heat, you and your guests may find it uncomfortable. Please keep yourself hydrated and try to keep cool. All limousines/buses have upgraded a/c systems and are tested regularly. However, they will only cool the limousines/buses so much when it is above 100 degrees outside. The extreme heat and close proximity of your guests in the passenger area of the limousines will also add to your discomfort. There are no discounts/returns for heat related issues. Please be patient and remember we live in the hot Arizona desert.

I want to thank you for choosing Platinum Ride Limousines. It is our sincere desire that your event goes flawlessly, but we do need your cooperation. Platinum Ride Limousines has a ZERO tolerance for underage drinking. We do not allow bags or outside drinks in the limousine at any time. Please keep in mind that anyone in the group that is drinking, has been drinking or brings alcohol in or around the vehicle, that reservation will be terminated and added charges will be incurred. These policies are included in our contract and have been explained verbally prior to your service.

We, at Platinum Ride Limousines, do our best to stay ahead of the curve in planning routes for special events such as concerts, sporting events, etc. These events often present special challenges. We must follow the direction of traffic management at the event locations with regards to dropping off, picking up and parking. Pick up and drop off locations will be coordinated between the client and driver on location. Venues & events are managed by different entities which again, presents those special challenges. There are no discounts for these types of delays as they are out of our control. Please plan accordingly.
