Like most limo companies Platinum Ride Limos has hourly minimums for different days of the week and different event types. We do offer 2 hour packages Sunday-Thursday which is the shortest reservation time we offer.
Is the tip included for the driver?
When clients call for pricing we will quote hourly rental rates for the different vehicles and sometimes package prices. We will always give you a total price before getting off the phone or upon request. That total price will include the rental of the vehicle, the drivers charge and fuel charges as well. Though the drivers charge is included you may choose to tip in addition to that amount. That is completely at your discretion.
What types of payment does Platinum Rides accept?
We accept all major credit cards for payment of your rental. Paying cash is also an option however, Platinum Ride limos will always require a credit card on file for any incidentals for overtime. Any cash payments must be paid to Platinum Rides office location and never to the driver unless previously arranged and approved by ownership.
